Personality:
Timid: _{While she won't express it like the "typical" shy girl, she can be rather distant and nervous when conversing with others, often yeilding her emotions unless provoked in a positive or negative manner. That is why she rarely shows a genuine smile, she either grins very softly or gives an awkward smirk. Doesn't mean she'll NEVER talk to anyone, she just prefers herself as company.}
Secretive: _{Like described above, Nerina is often distant of others but is also very discreet about her thoughts and intentions. She's not huge on lying but she'll trick people into believing things without much thought simply because they didn't "ask the right questions". She enjoys snooping around and gathering information before confronting things head on.}
Cold: _{If one were to poke the right buttons, Nerina can become awfully blunt and ruthless. If you continuously fight her, she will fight you back and aim to beat you up BADLY. She can also be rather selfish in a harsh, dark manner.}
Well-Mannered: _{Appearance is one of her top priorities behavior wise. She always keeps her hands to herself, answers to others when being talked to and listens, says her "pleases" and "thank yous" and can be highly apologetic if she feels she has done something uncalled for(unless if it was intentional)}
Passionate: :  _{No matter what, no matter when, no matter how soft-spoken and quiet she can be, when encouraged Nerina  illuminates with determination and becomes more lively than usual. She has great confidence in her opinions and goals. However this causes her to be a bit impatience and naive sometimes...
If a challenge arises she'll take it head on, stubbornly refusing to surrender until her body becomes mangled and fear of leaving her father alone haunts her mind.}
Responsible:  _{Nerina is not only confident in her personal beliefs but also works hard to make sure it stays that way. At home she often does a lot of the chores from cleaning, cooking, shopping, etc. And whenever given a mission she will be sure to complete it as perfectly as possible. It's also a way of proving how "strong" she is despite not being a magical girl for very long.}

Background: A small, isolated house near by the American town, Norwood, was where Nerina was born. Despite being born in an English speaking country her parents are Italian since they've moved to this location all the way from their home in Italy, often sticking to their traditions. Most of her time was spent with her father as he put much effort into tending her curiosity and showing her the world, expressing his dreams of traveling through out many countries. He not only taught her how to speak her native language but also taught her English as well. She admired the man daily, from his long flowing hair to his kind smile and his gentle nature. He was also very nice and generous to everyone around him, often donating to charities and offering gifts to his coworkers at his job in a floral shop. While the mother wasn't as attentive she still supported her and often gave her presents and new clothes. Her parents appeared very close at first but as the years passed Nerina has noticed a peculiar bitter relationship between them. She often felt awkward at home and during school she'd ponder about it daily, continuously haunting her mind. This caused her to become alienated from other kids since they couldn't understand her dilemma. She had theories but wasn't completely sure until the transition to middle school. One night while returning home from studying in the library she caught her mother screaming towards her husband, throwing vulgar dialect into his face, insulting him and ridiculing him all because he did not give her daily allowance and a few extra hundreds. Upon following her mother and snooping about she also found out about the gambling, the cheating and the verbal and physical abuse she does towards her father. However no reasoning or consulting convinced the father to enforce a divorce or report the woman's wrong doings. He was much too nice and generous, as well as obsessively attached. Knowing all this Nerina grew animosity towards those in her surroundings, focusing her attention and concern towards the only one she cared for. 

One day while returning home from middle school after studying for final exams before graduation, dour on the fact of possessing no power to wield against her mother, a strange white animal appeared before her, by the name of "Bater". The creature offered some aid in her time of need but its outlandish features and abilities only worsened her mood and she ignored it in hopes of it's origins to be her exhausted mind playing tricks upon thee. A few more days pasts and Nerina wakes up from bed and runs downstairs to find the one she cared about, her only actual loving parent, on the floor and beaten, his face covered in blood, as his wife leaves with another man in her arms, who's seen with his sleeves rolled up and knuckles bare before slipping through the front door. She runs down and mends to her father, sobbing over him, pleading to let the woman go. Yet that man smiled the same old kind smile he displayed to his loves ones. Stubbornness runs ridiculously in the family. Finally after cleaning himself up and resting into his room to leave his poor daughter alone, the presence of the ominous creature lurked around the meek environment. 
_{" What a predicament this is... I'm sure there's an easier way to resolve this and create a better life for your father. Perhaps wishing for him to change his mind...? For a better, loving mother..?"} 

Nerina contemplated before speaking.

_{" I have a better idea...and I will do it my way."} She felt awfully selfish for doing this but at the same time she did not wish to alter reality too much, afraid of change. She only wished to keep her father to herself. 

 Lighting a candle, Nerina stepped down towards the basement to converse with the small beast....

Almost a month has passed since that very day and no sign of the woman has been noticed ever since. The wait finally brought Nerina's father into a deep depression, depriving himself of the dreams of traveling and refusing to speak any English, let alone speak at all even when using his native dialect. He still was very kind and gentle with his daughter but barely had strands of motivation to move from his bed, his long hair lazily dangling over the edges of the mattress. Nerina was completely fine with this, often taking care of him while attending high school and making sure he was safe. Whenever she isn't home she fights witches mainly for herself. All that mattered in this world was herself and her father.

Wish: "My wish...is to be able to teleport by my father's side in a flash not only to protect him but to protect myself getting into anything stupid before helping him. That way I can always check on him and be a much better daughter than before."

Soul Gem: 

Magic Form: The gem, the color of a fern green, is embedded onto Nerina's belt. With the symbol, as shown as above, onto the middle section, the circular center piece where the belt clips together. 

Inactive Form: Metal ring with a golden coating and a stone, the color of fern green, as shown above in headshot. She wears it upon her first finger due to being an idiot.

Weapon: 

Flamethrower: It usually just appears as two tanks on her back but when needed a long, glowing tube appears with a spout and connects into the tanks. Long-ranged Weapon, heavy weight, not best compatible with hand-to-hand combat. Can over up to almost a foot in diameter and ten-thirteen feet in length with flames, quickly dispersing within a second. However it is not as destructive as its appearance. Unlike normal fire these flames possess magic that only affects one moving target at a time. It cannot affect any non-living object. While the burns are forceful at first, the damage is not permanent nor is it long lasting and even if they were to continuously be fired on top of the opponent for a very extended period of time, it is not fatal for anything other than witches and familiars. It's more of a weapon for calculated procedures and tricks than actual brute strength. As long as the heat is avoid, it is not too difficult to dodge depending on the situation. It is the most menacing against slower-paced enemies. 

Form 1: When pulling the trigger it shoot out long bullets of flames towards an enemy. The tanks glow a menacing red when the form is in use. It is useful for fast-paced action. 

Form 2: Instead of a gun trigger a hose handle is used instead and the tanks glow a golden yellow. When pulled it can create floating energy spheres, its size depends on the duration of the process. Like blowing a bubble. It is often used to evade attacks such as becoming a shield, distraction or an aid in escaping. While at first these spheres are warm and safe to touch they can become deadly once it's hit with a fire beam, exploding into viscous flames. 

Other: 
Nerina is resistant towards her own flames but is still vulnerable to others.  
Sometimes, whenever the flamethrower isn't needed Nerina will quickly slip her weapon off, grab the spout and use the tanks as a hammer. 
She may also turn her weapon into a lantern but it serves no purposes on the battle field. Only for guidance. 

Innate Ability: Due to her wish Nerina gained the ability to teleport but only within a limit of eight feet in distance once every five minutes. When she isn't in her magi form she may only teleport to her father's side and the limit is decreased to six feet unless within her house. 

D5 attack: "Blunt hit"- Nerina slips off her weapon and hammers it into her enemy.

D10 attack: "Flamethrower" - Shoots rays of flames into her enemy

D15 attack: " Firefly " - Uses her energy spheres as a shield. 

D20 attack: "Fireworks" - Creates an energy sphere and shooting flames into it to create an explosion.
